Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you're not satisfied with your item, we're here to help.

1. General Returns & Store Credit

  • 14-Day: You may return items within 14 days of delivery.

  • Store Credit: We offer store credit only for the full purchase price of eligible returns, and this credit never expires.

  • Processing Time: Store credit will be issued within 2 business days of us receiving your return.

  • No Exchanges: Due to limited stock and high turnover, we cannot reserve items or guarantee that your preferred size/style will be available for exchange.

2. Item-Specific Requirements

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following criteria:

  • Non-Pierced Jewellery (Necklaces, Rings, Bracelets, etc.): Must be unused, unworn, and unopened, with original tags intact or in original sealed packaging.

  • Body Piercing Jewellery & Earrings: For hygiene reasons, these are delivered in heat-sealed bags. We cannot accept returns if the seal has been broken. Please verify the style and colour before opening the bag.

  • Personalised Jewellery: As these are one-of-a-kind items, they cannot be returned or exchanged unless there was an error in production on our part.

3. Exclusions & Limitations

  • Sale Items: All sale items are final and cannot be returned.

  • Gift Cards: Cannot be replaced, returned, or redeemed for cash.

  • Condition: We will not accept any items that have been engraved, altered, or damaged after delivery.

4. Shipping & Liability

  • Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for the cost of return postage. 

  • We are not responsible for any items lost or damaged during return shipping. We recommend using a tracked service and packaging the item securely.

5. Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect item, please Email Us with your order number and a photo of the item within 48 hours of delivery.

  • The item must remain unused/unworn and in its original sealed packaging.

  • We will arrange return shipping at our expense and provide a remedy in accordance with our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act (CGA).

    6. Order Cancellations

    If you wish to cancel your order, please reply to your order confirmation email as soon as possible to request a cancellation.

    • Unprocessed Orders: Orders that have not yet been processed can be cancelled.

    • Processed Orders & Personalised Orders: Once an order is being processed, or if it is a personalised/custom order, it cannot be cancelled.

    To start a return request, please reply to your order confirmation email or Email Us with the following information:
      • Order Number
      • Item to return
      • A photo of the item

    We will get back to you within 24 - 48 Business Hours.
