This adjustment can sometimes make the name appear a bit larger than expected, as the overall proportions of the necklace are kept consistent. It also reinforces the structure of the necklace and helps prevent breakage, especially since sterling silver is naturally a softer metal.

This is far too small to be a septum ring. Its apparently for an infant.
